The Focus Learning Business Class is comprised of three individual courses, enabling learners to earn three separate industry certifications in Leadership, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain Logistics.
Our core curriculum was developed by the National Retail Federation (NRF) in collaboration with over 20 top retailers like Walmart, Macy’s, The Home Depot, and Nordstrom. These courses help learners land high-demand jobs and get promoted in the retail industry and beyond.
This Leadership course provides project-based learning to equip students with the leadership, collaboration, and critical thinking skills they need to succeed in business and life. The program culminates in a student service project that creates meaningful change in the community.
The Business of Retail course equips students with essential skills in store operations, marketing, merchandising, customer engagement, and basic business math. Students learn how retail businesses run and earn an industry credential that sets their resume apart to top employers.
This course delivers real-world training in logistics, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and warehouse safety. Students gain essential industry insights for high-demand roles and earn an official industry credential that starts them down the path of a lucrative career.
